Ridge View has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for small or large groups. Ridge View is managed by Spaview Property Managers who have been operating in Queenstown for the past seven years.
A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required. A maximum of 10 guests per night (additional bed hire and linen costs may apply). Housekeeping every third or fourth day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$150 per service. A large range of children's equipment available on request. Rates are valid to 30th September 2012. Internet access/WiFi and local phone calls are free of charge. All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure. We offer a secure coded credit card payment facility. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Card, JCB and American Express. Direct deposit via Internet banking is also available.
Terms and Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. During the main ski season (July - September) full rent payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement. All guests are required to respect the Queenstown Lakes District Council residential rules and regulations. Smoking is not permitted at Ridge View. We regret family pets and animals are not invited. All guests are responsible for maintaining their own personal safety while staying at Ridge View and must act in a safe and responsible manner at all times. We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay. We accept no liability for any accident or injury. We reserve the right to charge your credit card with any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay.
